Rinus: The Ultimate Football Coaching App
Rinus is a free Android app developed by KNVB, designed to help all (youth) football coaches in the Netherlands. The app is part of KNVB ASSIST, a knowledge platform that contains exercises, workouts, and more week programs.
With Rinus, coaches can easily prepare their workouts with the help of more than 200 unique exercises categorized by age, training, number of players, and goals. The app also provides access to 80 concrete examples of training sessions per age group, including sample animations.
In addition, Rinus offers 15 weeks programs that have been developed for each age group. Coaches can also learn more about managing a team, training, and competition throughout the season. The app is compatible with Android 13.0.
